Several tunes:  Hole In My Heart, Her Majesty’s Pleasure, Mr. Last Chance, and Nothing  More To Say were all designated as “Coolest Song in the World” both on  Little Steven's The Underground GarageSiriusxm  Channel and his syndicated over the air radio program. Steven Van Zandt  (Little Steven) contributes guitar parts to several songs along with  Greg Cartwright (Reigning Sound), Peter Greenberg (Barrence Whitfield & The SavagesLyres/DMZ), and Pat Beers (The Schizophonics.  The album was recorded at Chase Park Transduction studios in Athens,  GA. Wicked Coolest Songs 12 song LP/CD: This collection compiles Woggles’  songs that were issued on Wicked Cool Records that received “Coolest  Song In The World” designations from Little Steven on “Little Steven’s  Underground Garage” syndicated radio program and Siriusxm Satellite  Radio Channel, from 2006-2019. The 12 tracks coincide with the years  that Flesh Hammer aka Jeff Walls was the guitar player in band. The LP  version comes on red vinyl both formats have an insert featuring the  Woggles pictured as 8″ Mego styled dolls. Layout and design by Scott  Sugiuchi and doll concept by by Austin Hough. All proceeds benefit the  “Flesh Hammer Family Fund.” Remastered by the legendary Rodney Mills.  Released November 20, 2019.

New Woggles 7″ FLESH HAMMER is available August 29, 2022! Wicked Cool  Records is releasing the new Woggles 7″ FLESH HAMMER on the late Jeff  Walls’ birthday. Born August 29, 1956, he would have been 66 this year.  To celebrate his legacy, Pat Beers, the guitarist in the Schizophonics,  wrote the song in tribute to the late Woggles’ band member.  The rest of  the band joined Pat at Dave Klein Recording in LA in June of 2021 to  record both FLESH HAMMER and THE WITCH, the latter being a cover of the  Rattles song, “The Witch.”  Jim Stacy did the artwork and Scott Sugiuchi  the layout. The Continental Issue #7: 

This issue came  with a 29 song CD Compilation. Along with 5 boss Woggles songs groups  also featured include the Untamed Youth, The Von Zippers, Satan’s  Pilgrims, and the Penetrators. One Woggles song is taken off of each of  the major Woggles’ releases up to this time including “Mad Dog 20/20,”  “I Got Your Number,” “Snap Your Fingers,” and “Ramadan Romance.” The  fifth song is a live version of the “Kudzu Creep,” recorded at a  Halloween Party at the Jam Room in Columbia, S.C. Flaming  Burnout-Estrus Benefit Compilation CD 29 track compilation to benefit  Estrus Records owner David Crider after his warehouse burnt down.  Alongside the Woggles is a who’s who of current “cool” garage ravers.  The Woggles track is a live version of “Push” recorded at a party held  at the Jam Room Studio, Halloween weekend of ’96. This is a local  Athens music compilation that was supposed to be just a way for us and  other bands to shamelessly cash in on the Olympics. Think about it: 5  rings. Other bands include Man or Astroman?, Vic Chesnutt, Jack Logan,  and yes, the “Grand Poobahs” of the Athens music scene also contribute a  cut.

Sorry Ma, Forgot  to Let Out the Cat CD. This is a compilation of local bands doing  Replacements songs. The disc was to raise money for the Athens Humane  Society. There is no label name or number. Scott Stuckey's Studio : 

The Mother of All  Flagpole Christmas Albums CD. This is a compilation that was put  together by our local music mag. Our cut is a version of the Sonics’  “Santa Claus.” Recorded at Scott Stuckey’s Studio in Athens, GA, it  originally came out on a cassette in December of 1990, and was released  on CD December of 1993. We also recorded a version of “Don’t Believe in  Xmas” for the Flagpole Xmas cassette of 1991. Both sessions were  engineered by Scott Stuckey.

Call of the Wild COTW001: 

This is a flexi  that came with issue number 1 of a fanzine we and some of our friends  put together. There are 4 songs on it, one each from Southern Culture On  the Skids, Man Or Astroman?, the Labrea Stompers, and us. We do the  only vocal number, a version of “Little Red Book” that was recorded  summer of 1989 at Underground Sound in Athens, GA. Engineered by Robbie  Collins.

Stomp! Shout!  Scream! Soundtrack to Film From indie Filmmaker Virtuoso Jay Edwards,  this cinematic tour de force chronicles the saga of the monstrous Skunk  Ape as it terrorizes a coastal Southern town and all gal garage band in  the 60s!! The Woggles supply two songs for soundtrack, including “Push”  and the previously unreleased “1-4-3.” Also on the Soundtrack are the  Fleshtones, Hatebombs, Catfight and Penetrators. “1-4-3” Recorded 2005  at the Kudzu Ranch in Mebane, NC.
